Rules on the Protection of Natural Persons with Regard to the Processing of Personal Data and the Free Movement of Such Data
The website operator, namely HARPLAST S.R.L., a Romanian legal entity with its registered office in Miercurea Ciuc, Harghita Street no. 69, Harghita County, postal code 530154, registered with the Trade Register under no. J1991000003197, having tax identification code 512825, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation No. 679/27.04.2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union (hereinafter referred to as EU Regulation 2016/679), concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, processes and uses the personal data communicated by users of the website.
The personal data communicated by the user are collected and processed by the website operator. The personal data provided, as the case may be, by the user within the user profile created on the operator’s web platform and recorded and stored by Harplast S.R.L. will be collected, stored, and processed in compliance with the applicable provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679. Processing is carried out under Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the Regulation, exclusively for the purpose of executing the contractual relationship between the website operator and the user, as well as for fulfilling legal obligations in the fiscal and financial domains, in accordance with applicable national or EU regulations. The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party and for the fulfilment of legal obligations related to the conclusion and execution of that contract in fiscal and financial matters incumbent upon the website operator under a legal obligation.
Furthermore, for the sake of consistency and legal accuracy in the processing of personal data, the user of the website accessible at www.harplast.ro declares that, under Article 6(1)(a) of EU Regulation 2016/679, by voluntarily entering their personal data on the website platform, the user gives their explicit consent for the processing of personal data for the specific purpose established in this document, based on Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of EU Regulation 2016/679.
Harplast S.R.L. declares and undertakes to process personal data in full compliance with all obligations established under EU Regulation 2016/679 — including obligations regarding personal data security; obligations to prevent any destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, acquisition, or illegal or unauthorized access to personal data; and obligations of notification and cooperation to mitigate the effects of any unauthorized access to personal data.
The user of the website, based on the right to object provided in Article 21(2) of EU Regulation 2016/679, as a data subject, has the right to object at any time to the processing of their personal data. Such objection will be followed by the deletion of the user’s profile on the website and all personal data collected and stored by the website operator concerning that user who has exercised their right to object under Article 21(2) of EU Regulation 2016/679.
