REGULATIONS OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN ORGANIZED BY HARPLAST S.R.L.
during the period March 16 – May 15, 2026
The entity organizing and carrying out the promotional campaign is HARPLAST S.R.L., headquartered in Miercurea Ciuc, Harghita Street no. 69, Harghita County, postal code 530152, registered in the Trade Register under no. J1991000003197, having fiscal registration code RO 512825.
The promotional campaign will take place between March 16, 2026 – May 15, 2026, and the drawing of the prize winners offered by the organizer within the promotional campaign will take place on May 20, 2026, at 13:00, with the drawing broadcast live on the organizing company’s Facebook channel:

The method of conducting the campaign, the products included in the promotional campaign, the participation method, the prizes offered, the selection of winners, and the procedure through which the persons selected as winners will take possession of the prizes offered by the organizer are defined as follows:
1. Method of conducting the promotional campaign:
The promotional campaign will take place between March 16, 2026 – May 15, 2026, inside the Harplast S.R.L. showroom store located in Miercurea Ciuc, Harghita Street no. 69, Harghita County, daily on working days between 10:00 and 18:00.
2. Products included in the promotional campaign:
Only products manufactured by Harplast, respectively products produced and sold by Harplast S.R.L., clearly marked and identified as such, participate in the promotional campaign.
Products sold by Harplast S.R.L. that are not manufactured by the campaign organizer do not participate in the promotional campaign.
The staff at the campaign location will provide qualified assistance and guidance regarding the products included in the promotional campaign and the applicable rules of the promotional campaign.
3. Method of participation in the promotional campaign:
The right to participate in the promotional campaign is obtained by purchasing products manufactured by Harplast, respectively products included in the promotional campaign, with a minimum value of 100 RON including VAT, from the Harplast S.R.L. showroom store located in Miercurea Ciuc, Harghita Street no. 69, Harghita County.
Repeated participation by the same buyer is allowed without any limitation regarding the number of participations, provided that each participation meets the minimum purchase value requirement and includes products participating in the campaign.
A person may participate any number of times, provided that each time they purchase Harplast-manufactured products included in the promotional campaign with a minimum value of 100 RON including VAT from the Harplast showroom store.
Each person who meets the participation conditions must complete a participation coupon, writing the following information: first and last name, contact phone number, series, number, and date of the fiscal receipt issued by the organizer proving the purchase of Harplast-manufactured products included in the campaign with a minimum value of 100 RON including VAT.
By completing the participation coupon, the participant expressly and irrevocably agrees to participate in the promotional campaign organized by Harplast S.R.L. and fully and unconditionally accepts the terms and conditions of this regulation, including those related to the protection of personal data of campaign participants.
After being correctly filled in with all required information, the participation coupon will be placed by the participant into a closed and sealed box, which will be opened only at the moment of the winner selection during the promotional campaign.
4. Prizes offered within the promotional campaign:
The total net value of the prizes offered within the promotional campaign is 2,675 RON, consisting of:
1st Prize: An electric scooter XIAOMI model 5 PRO worth 1,875 RON.
2nd Prize: A shopping voucher worth 500 RON, usable exclusively in the Harplast S.R.L. showroom store in Miercurea Ciuc, Harghita Street no. 69, Harghita County, for the purchase of products included in the promotional campaign.
3rd Prize: A shopping voucher worth 300 RON, usable exclusively in the Harplast S.R.L. showroom store in Miercurea Ciuc, Harghita Street no. 69, Harghita County, for the purchase of products included in the promotional campaign.
5. Selection of the prize winners:
The winners will be selected by drawing three participation coupons from the closed and sealed box located at the campaign venue (Miercurea Ciuc, Harghita Street no. 69, Harghita County), which will be opened only at the time of the drawing.
The drawing will be broadcast live on the organizer’s Facebook channel on May 20, 2026, at 13:00.
The winners selected according to the procedure described above will be contacted by phone, using the phone number written on the participation coupon, for validation of the draw results and for receiving the prizes won within the promotional campaign.
6. Procedure for claiming the prizes:
The winners selected based on the participation coupons drawn within the promotional campaign must present themselves within 15 days from the announcement of the winners to collect their prizes.
To receive their prizes, the winners must present: a valid identity document
the original fiscal receipt identified on the participation coupon
Failure to present the original fiscal receipt identified on the participation coupon will result in exclusion from the promotional campaign and loss of the right to claim the prize.
If a drawn winner is excluded from the campaign or fails to claim the prize, the respective prize will be cancelled and retained by the organizer, without conducting a new draw and without designating another participant as winner.
By presenting themselves to collect the prize, the winners expressly and irrevocably confirm their participation in the promotional campaign organized by Harplast S.R.L. and fully accept the terms and conditions set forth in this regulation, including those regarding the protection of personal data.

GDPR Clauses applicable to the promotional campaign:
Harplast S.R.L., as the organizer and operator of the promotional campaign, does not request, record, or process personal data of the individuals participating in the promotional campaign.
The information written on the participation coupons is limited to: first and last name, phone number of the participant, fiscal receipt number included in the draw.
These data will not be recorded, stored, or processed by Harplast S.R.L., being kept only in physical form inside a closed and sealed box, which will be opened only during the drawing of the winners.
Participation coupons not drawn during the promotional campaign will be destroyed immediately after the campaign ends, without any processing of the information written on them.
Participants whose participation coupons are drawn and declared winners state that, according to Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, they expressly consent to the processing of their personal data for the specific purposes set out in this document, based on Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Harplast S.R.L., as the organizer of the promotional campaign, informs you under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, that the personal data contained in the documents submitted within the promotional campaign organized between March 16, 2026 – May 16, 2026, as well as those included in the financial-accounting documents related to the campaign, may be lawfully processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 exclusively for the purpose of implementing the promotional campaign in accordance with this regulation and for fulfilling legal obligations related to taxation and accounting.
Harplast S.R.L. declares that it will process personal data in compliance with all obligations established in Regulation (EU) 2016/679, including obligations related to: personal data security, prevention of destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, acquisition, or unauthorized access to personal data
notification and cooperation obligations to mitigate the effects of unauthorized access to personal data.
Furthermore, according to Article 21(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data. Such objection will lead to the deletion of personal data collected and stored by Harplast S.R.L. and your exclusion from the promotional campaign, resulting in the loss of the participant status and of any rights deriving from participation in the promotional campaign organized by Harplast S.R.L. between March 16, 2026 – May 15, 2026.
